I am a group fitness instructor at Momentum Fitness in Tallahassee, Florida, where I have been teaching group fitness for over 10 years. My wife, Bethany, has a rare immune deficiency, and she receives antibody infusions regularly to help protect her from the simplest of infections, but even those can’t fight the novel Coronavirus. When COVID-19 hit the United States, we immediately quarantined her to keep her out of harm’s way. Since I too needed to quarantine to ensure that I would not catch the Coronavirus and get Bethany sick, I decided to make this full body low impact cardio workout video so my students would have access to group fitness in my absence. As luck would have it, the governor for the state of Florida closed all gyms two days after shooting this video. At that point, I decided to publish it on YouTube so anyone who was in self-quarantine, social distancing, or simply wanted to work out from home, could have access. Everyone that participated in this video donated their time and resources free of charge. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
